The replacement Swaco desander carefully customized by TR Solid Control for a foreign customer has been fully completed and the shipping process has been successfully completed. The replacement Swaco desander is innovative in design and consists of a combination of 3-inch and 12-inch Swaco cyclones. This configuration allows the desander to handle different mud conditions with flexibility and precision, depending on particle size and flow requirements. With its fine processing capacity, the 3-inch cyclone can effectively separate the finer solid particles in the mud. The 12-inch cyclone, with its large processing capacity, handles large particles and high-flow mud efficiently, which complement each other and greatly improve the overall sand removal efficiency. ​
